The company's facility in Pune, India, the Kanbay
e-Solutions Center (KeC), established in 1985,
is the design and development center for Kanbay
worldwide. In essence, it is the energy centre
of the company, playing home to over 550 software
professionals. Situated in a 70,000-sq. ft. state-of-the-art
facility in lush green surroundings, it has an
earth station, dedicated satellite links and a
5000 sq. ft. area for an in-house learning centre.
Adjacent to the current facility is their new
facility. Phase I of the new facility with an
area of 90,000 sq.ft. is under completion. The
facility will house an additional of 600 associates.
It has established an IBM Web Sphere Solution
centre. This centre will specialize in application
development, conversion from other platforms to
Web Sphere, besides maintenance and support.
