Amrut Nabriya has worked for more then 10

corporates, before promoting NFSPL. He is
also an advisor to Thermax Ltd. ( the
company having a turnover of Rs. 6 billion)
for the past 5 years, helping them in Investment
and Treasury functions. He is supported by
a team of professionals having relevant experience
in the field of Corporate Finance.
The main focus of NFSPL is on Corporate Finance products,
and the strength of the company lies in
placement of Debt Instruments like Non-Convertible
Debentures (NCDs), Commercial Paper (CP),
Certificate of Deposit (CD), Preference
Shares, PSU & Institutional Bonds, Units
of various Mutual Funds besides syndication
of Leases, ICDs & Bills Discounting.
The company is active in primary placements
as well as secondary market operations in
all these products. It is also active in
arranging Project / Working Capital Finance.
