 Kawre
Ice creams Pvt. Ltd. came into existence in
1989 under the dynamic leadership of Shri Vitthalrao,
(alias Dada Saheb Kawre) and with the vision of
Late Shankarrao Kawre. With the installation
of an Italian-made ice cream Plant at Velu (Khed
Shivapur), the vision finally has now became a reality.
 The
Company is in manufacturing new varieties of
ice creams in different flavours and packing such
as small cups, big cups, family packs, party packs
and variety of ready cones and special delights
for functions and parties such as Three
in One Slice, Cassatas, Deluxe Cassatas,
Matka Kulfi, Keshar Elaichi Kulfi, Malai Kulfi,
Sundae Bonanza, Star Delight, Chocolate Star,
Strawberry Star, Current Star, Jumbo Strawberry,
 Mango
King, Pineapple Roll etc. Recently,
they introduced Shrikhand in three flavours,
which has received excellent demand. With the
installation of the Plant, Kawre has spread its
wings almost all over Maharashtra, taken care
by a strong network of Distributors/Stockists,
Dealers/parlours and a large network of over thousand
retailers & institutional outlets.
 The
organisation is well equipped on manufacturing
front with experienced & professional plant
manager, dairy technologist and a microbiologist.
The Company along with commercial activities also
serves ice creams & shrikhand in different
types of functions and has trained staff for the
same.
 Thus,
the ice-cream journey, which started in a wooden
pot in the year 1952, has grown into an ice-cream
industry with a plant capacity of over 12,000
litres per day. The cream of the success story
is the effect of team work with right vision,
right leadership, right thinking, positive approach
at each level, irrespective of who is the employer
and who is the employee.
