The focus is on providing hands-on training in the fields of Heat & Fluid Flow, Piping & Accessories, Steam Generation, Distribution & Utilization, Steam & Condensate Systems, Steam Using Equipment, and Recommended Practices in Steam Engineering, Overview of Process Industries, Energy Conservation, Special Topics and Case Studies.

Programs for all levels are conducted at the full-fledged training centre in Pune. For their sales force, on going training programs cover new products, process and applications programs, and first line service. Whereas for the clients, they offer programs to cover product applications, operation and maintenance.
