Mantri Constructions entered the Housing Industry in 1986. The Mantris, before entering the construction field, were involved in the textile business. The Group since then has committed itself to quality and customer satisfaction. The Group has completed about 50 projects in all parts of the city, with around 5000 successful customers, out of which 20% have been NRI's. They have just handed over 390 flats to the Maharashtra Police Housing Department in Pune, which stands as a testimony of their technical know-how and capabilities.

Till date, the company has sold 10,00,000 square feet of built up area of commercial space to 47 different corporate customers like banks, financial institutions, insurance companies, share and stock exchanges. The company has won several awards. It is probably the only housing company in the country to have been awarded the ISO 9001 by TUV of Germany. It is the first private company to have been awarded the contract by the Maharashtra Police Housing department to build flats for the Police officers, as well as the first company to have introduced a home care division, which has a mobile team that takes care of after sales service.
