& Associates, set up in 1986, began with
a small plot in Tulshibagwale Colony in Parvati
area. The emphasis of this firm has been
to develop in-house facility in sales, construction,
architecture, structural designing and property
management services. All the above in-house divisions
facilitate quick decision-making and efficient
construction methods. Being a technically motivated
group, every effort is made in encouraging better
construction practices.
The group has their
corporate office building on Ghole Road
in Pune, which houses all the above divisions.
In addition to this they have a service office
in Mumbai, in the prime Shivaji Park area.
They have also established marketing liaisons
with groups in Dubai, Muscat, Kuwait and
are in the process of establishing representations
in the United States of America where large
number of Indian expatriates reside.

& Associates have developed a fully equipped
team of engineers, architectural engineers, storekeepers

set of modern steel construction equipments such
as centering plates, mixers, vibrators, lifts,
hoists, ready mix concrete bolchers, plaster equipment,
drills and tamping equipments, motors and pumps
chiseling equipment, scaffolding equipments etc
to be able to undertake over 3 lakh sq. ft. of
construction every year.

Associates have started Property Services
Division for their customers,
the first of its kind in Pune. This envisages
a full-fledged staff to maintain post completion
requirements of their customers. Some of these
functions are for supervision of the agencies
and contracts such as Entertainment, Gardening,
Security, HouseKeeping, Equipments Maintenance
including Elevators and Pumps, Maintenance of
common facilities such as Swimming Pool, Gardens
and an external coat of paint for the building
after every three years etc. These services are
managed through annual fees charged to the customers
at the time of handing over the possession. Alternatively,
customers are required to pay a
one time fixed deposit.The Property Services Division
also encourages customers to lease/rent out their
flats through their network at a nominal service
fee. Finally the Property Services Division is
also in charge of dispensing all previous properties
of prospective customers to enable/encourage them
into buying property with the parent firm.
After consolidating
their resources in the first decade, the group
is set to take a quantum leap, which will establish
them among the front-runners in the construction
industry of Pune.
The
principle strength of the group is providing timely
constructions with excellent internal layout for
the flats from a modest average of around
50000 sq. ft. per year. The group is currently
undertaking 7.50 lakh sq. ft. of constructions
concurrently completing 300-400 residential /commercial
units per year. More importantly they have spread
their wings and have established projects in almost
all the parts of Pune right from Koregoan Park,
Kalyani Nagar, Wanowrie, Vimannagar, in cantonment
side of Pune to Kanchan galli, Kothrud, Aundh
on the Deccan side. All these efforts have been
in the prime areas of Pune within the PMC limits.
Their final objective is to provide viable housing
for all budgets and in every area of Pune, and
to remain the first choice for any new flat purchaser
in this city.
