Lalit Jain
This "homemaker" likes to keep some
time aside for his wife and children despite a
busy schedule even on weekdays. Jain loves the
idea of bringing up children and makes it a point
to see them off to school every morning. He also
likes to come home for lunch. Weekends are more
leisurely and he spends it with his family and
relatives, playing basketball or going for long,
slow drives on the kuchha roads in Pune.
Cooking is another pastime that, Jain says, helps
him to relax. When he does so occasionally, he
loves cooking continental food for his family.

Keval Jain
This father of two teenaged kids says his family
likes to be together on Sundays, come what may.
This is the day when they like going for long
drives or visiting hill stations near Pune. During
weekdays, he likes to keep track of what his children
are doing and makes it a point to discuss their
day over dinner. When he is not playing the role
model father, Jain is busy changing the look of
his home. Jain loves buying a painting or a stone
sculpture. "I do the buying while my wife
does the placing," he says.
Atul Goyal
When others his age are with girlfriends or at
pubs, this man asserts he is a typical family
man. At 26 years, he is a father of a four month
old boy and just loves the idea of indulging his
paternal instincts. Goyal loves sitting and chatting
with his close family circle, irrespective of
which day of the week it is. Sunday is an out-and-out
family day. Goyal and his family go to their retreat
and spend time practising naturopathy. The rest
of the day is spent by playing cards (which is
a ritual, he says). Goyal finds interior design
a fascinating subject and likes trying out interior
decoration ideas on his home and office.
