Shri Navalmalji Kundanmalji Firodia
had a dream of establishing a dedicated
institution to propagate the concept
of Spirituality, Culture and Education
in the context of the modern world...
and Mr. Abhay Firodia, CMD Bajaj Tempo
Ltd., and Chairman Amar Prerna Trust
have accomplished this. The picturesque
location of Tiwai Hill, near Chaskaman
Dam, is the site for the ultra-modern
`Navalveerayatan Sanstha', a residential
educational institute.
 The
' Sanstha' spans over 25 acres and
its structure includes a training
institute, a students' hostel to accommodate
between 36 and 72 individuals, 6 units
of one-bedroom bungalows and 12 single
room units for visiting families,
a canteen and staff and faculty quarters.
The activities of Navalveerayatan
will focus on ‘Sanskar Shikshan'-
Value Education, ‘Meditation
and Vipasana'- Self Enlightenment
and Cultivation of Peaceful Attitude,
`Courses in Spiritual Guidance and
Meditation'- especially for Corporate
Executives.
 Late
Shri Navalmalji Kundanmalji, the freedom
fighter, social reformer, profound
thinker, phitosopher and great philanthropist,
industrialist and social worker, was
also the President of Veerayatan at
Rajgir in Nalanda District, Bihar.
He was deeply involved in various
activities of Veerayatan in the fieids
of 'SADHANA' - meditation and self
up-liftment; 'SEVA' - assistance to
the sick, infirm and needy - by way
of Eye HospitaIs, supporting handicapped
persons, etc. and ‘SHIKSHA'
(Shikshan) - education, training and
development.

Firodia strongly believed that the
values - DARSHAN' and the percepts
that are enshrined in the ancient
scripts are timeless and are valid
also for the modern and scientific
future. To propagate these ancient
values 'SANSKAR', he wanted to create
a sacred institution, which would
offer an opportunity, particularly
to young girls, who will be tomorrow's
mothers, to have an insight into and
an understanding the ancient Indian
culture.
