Bikramjit Sen
 Bikramjit
Sen is the Chief Operating Officer of
Bill Junction Pvt. Ltd. He did his Mechanical
Engineering from the Regional Engineering College,
Nagpur in 1990 and followed it up with an
MBA degree from FMS, Delhi.
He joined ICICI in 1993 and started his career
in the Project Appraisal Division of ICICI.
During his tenure he handled various projects
in various industries like Power, Steel, Cement
and Tea. He was also actively involved in some
of the initial securitization deals executed by
ICICI in the power and Telecom sectors.
In December 1999 when ICICI decided to form the
E-Commerce Group, he moved to Mumbai and was part
of the core team put together to implement the
Various E-commerce initiatives of the group.
The E-Commerce group of ICICI drives the Internet
strategy for the group. The division focuses on
the e-commerce initiatives in the business of
consumer segment, business-to-business segment
and enabling technologies. The division has set
up in-house ventures and has also invested in
new ventures in the E-commerce fields. By providing
management inputs, cross venture synergies, an
extensive network of industry and local networks,
which ICICI enjoys, the group creates strong partnerships
with its portfolio companies and helps them grow
and build value.
Bill Junctions Payments Ltd has been incubated
by the E-Commerce group of ICICI. The Company
has been recently initiated as a separate company
to carry on the business of electronic bill presentment
and payment as a separate entity.
