Vinayak Apte
Vinayak Apte is the Chief Executive Officer
of Microline India Private Limited,  a
Pune- based Networking and Solutions Company.
He completed his BE in Electrical Engineering
from the College of Engineering, Pune. After completing
his BE, he joined Cummins Sales and Service in
Pune as a Sales and Service Engineer. During his
tenure of 5 years at the company, he was closely
associated with the computer field.
He switched jobs and went to Computer Point,
where he got a total exposure to the field of
computers. He worked with Computer Point for a
period of 4 years before he and three of his colleagues
quit to form Microline India Private Limited.
Set up with an initial investment of Rupees
Five Lakhs, the company according to Mr Apte did
well for the first eight years, when the company
was growing at a compounded rate of 60% a year.
The company has has already opened a branch in
Mumbai, and is all set to open more branches in
other cities of the country.
