      Job Responsibilities 崗位職責:

       

      1.    Acting as P&L holder to both contribute and lead the sales team achieving the country sales budget set at the beginning of the fiscal year.
      2.    Responsible to design, develop and implement the sales strategy for the company, in the manner of both global and local sales.
      3.    Responsible to recruit, train/build up and measure (incentive program) the sales force upon KPI pre-defined and set.
      4.    Leading the sales team to side-support both MSC and Medlog global network business development, by attending the global RFQ and Bidding.
      5.    Work with Product/BU heads to design, develop and promote the new products at different locations and markets in China, e.g. contract logistics and multimodal transportation
      6.    To guide and lead the local sales team approaching NVO accounts (as 2PL) and domestic customers (as 3PL).
      7.    To ensure the Account Receivable and assist cross-measuring the operations as well as outsourced suppliers.
      8.    To design and upgrade the company presentation and other marketing tools e.g. Website, WeChat, etc.

      Requirement 勝任要求 :

       

      1.    Bachelor Degree above
      2.    Good command of both English and Mandarin is a MUST, with 2nd foreign language even better
      3.    Out-going with good sense of humor and high EQ/IQ, Good Leadership
      4.    At least 12-15 years’ experience in the field of 3PL industry, with no less than 5 years managing the sizeable sales team including all levels of managers, supervisors and executives. With knowledge covering 2PL (booking agent, customs broker, CFS operations, trucking, etc.), 3PL (total solution, contract logistics, W&D and multimodal transportation) as well as 4PL (IT integration, etc.)
